Philosophy
At Bayview Early Learning Centre, we welcome everyone and provide a safe and secure environment
where our families connect and feel valued. We implement sustainable practices in our centre and
protect our natural environment. We promote resilience, encouraging children to be the empowered learners
and leaders in our unique mixed age setting. At Bayview Early Learning Centre, we work together to achieve
positive learning outcomes for all akonga.
The Programme
Our aim is to support each child toward their full potential and development.
The education programme at Bayview is based on children’s interests, strengths and abilities. This follows the Early Childhood Curriculum - Te Whariki.
We prepare children to be life long learners and be school ready with strong links to Bayview Primary.

Centre Hours
Our hours are Monday - Friday, 7.30am to 5.30pm.
We are closed on public holidays.
We are also closed over Xmas & New Year.
Where are we?
You will find us under the Bayview Community Centre next to Bayview School. The entrance is behind the bus stop on Bayview Road.
